Information we collect

When you request a quote, we collect the details you enter so we can understand and answer your inquiry. When you submit a review, we collect the information needed to display and moderate it.

• Project requests: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, requested service, estimated budget, preferred contact method, project description, language, and submission date.
• Reviews: display name, category, star rating, comment, language, and submission date.
• A language preference is stored in your browser so the website can remember English, French, or Arabic.
• If you arrive through a campaign link, we save its UTM labels, landing path, and referring domain with a submitted project request. This first-party attribution uses session storage and does not add third-party advertising trackers.

Customer orders

No customer account is required. When you place a Digital Store order, we store the order ID, your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, product and price snapshot, selected payment method, order status, optional notes, and creation/update dates. Owner-only internal notes are used to manage fulfillment. Payment proof is not uploaded through the current website order form.

Privacy-respecting analytics

We use first-party analytics to understand page visits, traffic sources, product views, store visits, order starts, completed orders, review submissions, and project requests. A random identifier is created in your browser and stored in the analytics database only as a one-way hash so visits can be counted without storing your IP address. We do not use third-party advertising trackers for this measurement. Analytics events are retained for a limited operational period.

How we use information

We use project-request information only to respond, prepare a quote, discuss delivery, and maintain a private business record. Review information is used to operate the public reviews feature and protect it from misuse. We do not sell personal information.

Where information is handled

Project requests and reviews are stored in the website database and processed by the infrastructure providers used to operate TwennyEight, including Cloudflare and OpenAI Sites. Optional email notifications may also be sent to the TwennyEight business inbox. External contact buttons such as WhatsApp, Discord, and Gmail are governed by those services’ own privacy terms.

Publication and moderation

Project requests are private and visible only through the protected owner dashboard. A submitted review may be checked before publication. Public reviews show the display name, category, rating, comment, and date—never the contact details from a project request.

Retention and your choices

Project requests are normally retained for up to 24 months unless they are needed longer for an active customer relationship, accounting, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Reviews may remain published until removed or no longer needed. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by contacting us. We may need enough detail to verify the request.

Security and updates

We use access controls and reasonable technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy when the website or business practices change; the date above shows the current version.
