These terms describe how TwennyEight website, development, and Digital Store services are offered. Contact us before payment whenever a product or project detail is unclear.
Quotes and project work
Website requests are inquiries, not automatic orders. A project begins only after TwennyEight and the customer agree on the scope, price, schedule, deliverables, and payment terms. Changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote.
Digital Store orders
Store availability and fulfillment are confirmed manually before payment. Listed prices are in Algerian dinars (DZD) unless stated otherwise. Product details, region, platform, account requirements, and delivery method must be confirmed before an order is accepted.
Payment and delivery
Supported payment methods may include CCP, BaridiMob, and Binance Transfer. The payment recipient and instructions are confirmed directly by TwennyEight. Delivery time depends on availability, payment confirmation, and the product or service selected.
Cancellations and refunds
Before delivery or activation, contact us promptly if you need to cancel. After a digital key, account, subscription, top-up, or other irreversible digital item has been delivered or activated, a refund may not be possible unless the item is defective, not as agreed, or applicable law requires another remedy. Project refunds depend on work completed and the written agreement.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, confirm platform and region compatibility, keep delivered credentials secure, and use products and services lawfully. You must not use TwennyEight services to harm others, violate intellectual-property rights, gain unauthorized access, or breach a third-party platform’s rules.
Third-party products and availability
Some products and services depend on third-party platforms. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. TwennyEight is not those companies and cannot control their outages, account decisions, policy changes, or regional restrictions.
Liability and contact
TwennyEight remains responsible for providing the agreed product or service with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or failures caused by incorrect customer information, misuse, unsupported devices, or third-party platform actions. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
